To set a Cardinal WR100M wristwatch, first, gently pull the crown out to the second position to stop the second hand. Then, turn the crown to set the time by rotating it until the hands display the correct time. Push the crown back in to start the movement again. If your watch has a date feature, pull the crown to the first position to adjust the date before setting the time.
