Virginity is usually assumend to mean "not having had (penetrating) sex", so if someone were to collect semen in a syringe and injected it in a girl she could become pregnant without having had sex. Or an egg could be fertilized outside the body and then implanted. That too would lead to pregnancy without having had sex.
