Is a brused type feeling above your gums and to the left of you nose?

Possibly a forming whitehead or blackhead, both of which are relatively minor problems involving the blockage of a sebaceous gland (oil producing gland). There seem to be an abundance of these at either side of the nose. Either will produce a tender feeling when touched, and will often, but not always, become a pimple, which in turn can become infected.
