Why are you feeling sick randomly every day?

I suffer from severe emetophia where the fear of being sick is constantly on my mind, and the fear in itself causes me to feel ill, although I've never actually been sick because of it. It took me a while to figure it out, but it might be the same for you? Once I knew it was in my head it started to get better and I could go places without feeling sick all the time.
