Can you take amoxicillin and a zpack together?

There are no direct drug interactions between these two antibiotics. Normally you would take azithromycin (Z-pak) daily in the morning for 5 days and amoxicillin 2 or 3 times daily for 10 days. They may be taken with or without food. Take them at the same times each day.
