Depends on the maturity level of the 24 year old. Society frowns upon a woman being older marrying a much younger man to get enough criticism from all side that will actually cause the marriage to fail by either the husband starting to find fault in the wife or vise versa. If both persons are mature enough and willing to ignore criticism, then so be it. It may last.
