How do you unlock star cave in the main story in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky?

After you beat the entire special episode, "Bidoof's Wish", you might get a challenge letter from Jirachi in Spinda's cafe, and that will unlock star cave. You must also have rescued Scizor and received the Special Rank mark.
