Jehovah's Witnesses as a group do not celebrate Christmas.

Some will refuse a gift, some will not. They may conclude receiving a gift is not celebrating themselves, or consider it a bonus if it happens in their secular lives. It is not possible to answer this question with a yes or no, it depends on the individual. Also, even though they are not allowed to give a gift, send a card, attend a party or even say a related greeting, some will, as long as they can square it with their conscience in some way, no matter how stretched the justification, and as long as it is not known to other JW's. EDIT: it depends on the individual, and the circumstance under which it is. if you re fully aware that the person is one of Jehovah's witnesses and you decide to give them a gift for Christmas the person is going to refuse. if you aren't aware, and the choice is left up to the person.
