Why did antione walker go to the D league?

After he was traded to the Heat, he slumped a bit. When he was traded to the Timberwolves, he really fell off the map. He just wasn't getting it done for them. So he was traded to the Grizzlies, who waived him shortly thereafter. He just isn't good enough anymore.
