How can you destroy a SIM card at home?

Just drop it in water. After that, put it in a plate inside a microwave oven. Use a glass of water near, to protect the oven. In 30 seconds the water inside the SIM card will vaporize, and it will be unusable, whitout a visible trace. I tested this method and it works fine!
