When does eggsecutor learn psychic?

Exeggutor learns the Psychic-type move "Psychic" at level 40. In Pokémon games, Exeggutor is a Grass/Psychic-type Pokémon, and this move enhances its capabilities in battle, particularly against Fighting- and Poison-type opponents. Additionally, it can learn other Psychic-type moves through TMs and breeding.
