Who is the designer of UGG shoes?

The brand Deckers Inc. makes ugg boots. The brand is called ugg Australia, but they are actually made in china. If you have uggs look on the inside tag and see that is says made in china if it says made in New Zeland, sorry :( your uggs are fake.
