Can any ak 47 fire both 5.56 and 7.62?

AKs can fire both rounds

^^ He's pretty much right. AKs can fire a plethora of rounds, the 5.56 included (although only the newer AKs can.) The actual AK47 by name however, is only chambered in 7.62x39mm.
