What God does Islam follow?

Allah which is the Arabic Word for God. Many scholars believe that the Allah mentioned in the Qur'an is the same as in the Torah and in the New Testament of the Bible: Abraham's God and in all the previous religions ( including Christianity and Judaism. Muslims believe there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad ( PBUH ) is his messenger.
