Pepsi, through the Pepsi Refresh Program, allotted 20-million dollars to be given to individuals, businesses and nonprofits working with everything from health to arts and culture to the environment. People voted for the projects that they felt should be awarded the grants in amounts from 5,000 to 250,000-dollars.
