Does the unexplained lack of portraits of the famous Jane Austin and her father and blue blooded mother could mean they looked black or coloured and even possibly African?

Not at all. The family Austin is clearly a white family. Not only is Jane white but also her sister brothers and parents. Thinking that they were black comes only from your imagination.
