Seriously, organizations that were disbanded over 200 years ago don't typically have need of any sort of signage, imagery, or symbolism. Any that may have been known is largely lost to the ages.

In short, no. The Illuminati do not exist, so the "Gaza" sign is not of the Illuminati.

The "Gaza" sign as it appears to be (the fingers spread with the second and third crossed, forming a "W") is a common gang sign for Westcoast or West Side affiliated gangs. As moronic, uneducated, uncultured, and self-serving as such organizations are, it is unlikely that an alleged super-secret, hyper powerful cabal of movers and shakers would have any affiliation with them.
