How do you permanently erase messages on yahoo?

1. Login to you Yahoo mail

2. When you are at the list with all your mail's- next to all the mail's there is going to be a box that is called

Chat & Mobile Text3. On the bottom of the box it says settings click on it.

4. Then it will say: Play Sound Alerts:

• For Incoming Chats
• Do not play a sound

• Mail Options
• Help

• Send Feedback

You will have to click

• Mail Options

5. Then it will show all this

Message Ordering:

(default) Descending by date (new messages appear at top)

Ascending by date (new messages appear at bottom)

Messages/results per page:

Show 10 messages/results on each pageShow 25 messages/results on each pageShow 50 messages/results on each pageShow 100 messages/results on each pageShow 200 messages/results on each pageShow 500 messages/results on each page

When sending messages:

Save a copy of the message in the Sent folder

After moving/deleting message:

Show the next message

Go back to the original folder

Mode:

Compose messages as color and graphics

Compose messages as plain text

Home Country (when sending text messages):

Click: Messages/results per page- it will show by you: Messages/results per page:Show 10 messages/results on each pageShow 25 messages/results on each pageShow 50 messages/results on each pageShow 100 messages/results on each pageShow 200 messages/results on each pageShow 500 messages/results on each page

change it to 500 pages per page.

7. Then go back to your mail

8. then go down and click check all then delete.
