I had to do the same thing not long ago. Quite easy. Just take a very small screwdriver and use it to pry up the front center of the switch. It'll pop right out, unplug the cord connected to it, then pop off the faceplate off the actual motor/switch. Then put the faceplate on the new one. Simply connect the cord and pop it right back in. I have just a little indent in the front of the faceplate where I popped it out, but it is a very minor indent. A fairly easy fix.
