Can you wear shorts in Europe?

Depends on how short your shorts are ....

Basically you can wear anything here in Europe that doesn´t cause heart attacks or riots. A higher priced restaurant might ask you to dress appropriately, churches, too. Depending on how much of your anatomy you reveal, expect to be stared at, no matter of male or female :-)
