What does hypersecretion of prolaction cause?

Hypersecretion of prolactin, known as hyperprolactinemia, can lead to a variety of symptoms, including irregular menstrual cycles or amenorrhea in women, and erectile dysfunction or reduced libido in men. It may also cause galactorrhea, which is the spontaneous flow of milk from the breasts, and can lead to infertility due to disrupted hormonal balance.
