If the stomach of a woman has bulged but the woman is not pregnant is it necessary or compulsory she would be pregnant some 2-3 years ago by 2-3 months and then aborted the baby?

A woman with a bulging tummy is not necessarily pregnant, nor does it mean that she was ever pregnant, nor does it mean she had an abortion at any point, nor does it mean that she didn't have an abortion at any point.
