How much of the population of Mexico votes?

All Mexicans 18 years or older have the right to vote. This theoretically equals to 69.16 million people who can vote (61.2% of total population).

However, abstentionism is a common issue on Mexican elections, and most of the time, only part of the electorate actually votes (20-50% of total voting registry).
