What is the return policy for chaps by Ralph Lauren at Mark's Work Warehouse?

If you bought the chaps in store, bring them back with receipt and any packaging for a full refund. If you lost the receipt, they will give you an in store credit. If you bought the chaps online, go to Mark's website and download the Mark's Return Form. You can mail the item back to them with the form and your packing list which you received with the item. Allow for 30 days from date of your receipt for them to process your request. Or, you can bring your item and packing list into a Mark's location for a refund and not pay shipping.
