What are some good Grecian food recipes?

One of my favorite easy to make Greek dessert is Kourabiethes me Amygthala & Kanela, which translates to Sugared Cookies with Almonds and Cinnamon. The ingredients required to make this recipe are:1 tsp baking soda1/3 cup brandy3 egg whites1 egg yolk3 cups butter1 1/3 cups EVOO1 cup of confectioner's sugar1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon1 1/2 pounds almonds chopped into piees12 1/2 cups flour2 lbs powdered sugarMix the ingredients together, bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and then sprinkle on powdered sugar. This makes about 80 cookies.
