How do you get the golden prom dress on Fantage?

You get the golden prom dress on fantage by going to the wizard's domain and earning gems. Then when you have three rare gems, you go see Orion and click his magic orb. You put in your three gems and try that over and over until the prize you get is the golden prom dress.

note- The golden prom dress is a rare item and can be worn by all female players (member or non member)

I think that it is only for members so don't try using gem combinations that are only rare because when i went to the orb I tried another combination for rare and he said i already had all of the rare items and i didn't have a golden prom dress.
