Should tanning bed pillows have special materials?

Certain special materials that one can consider for tanning bed pillows are porous foam covered by a plastic cover (drawback: great comfort, but allow oils and sweat to seep through their seams, which makes them difficult to clean thoroughly), and making th entire pillow out of urethane (drawback: ultraviolet light will eventually break down the surface of the urethane and allow moisture to seep through). The best is just to use material that prevent moisture absorption to make it easy to clean and make it more hygienic.
