How do you make a techno voice effect in audacity or easily at all?

Record your voice saying whatever, stop, select it all, make a new recording (doesnt have to be anything) then select and delete the new recording and paste your first one in there. Now select the first one and click effects and change pitch set to -15 and then go to your second recording, select it, press effects, press change pitch and do +15.
