When was diapers invited?

It is actually not known when diapers were originally invented. Nearly all texts found through-out history that refer to the subject describe some form of absorbent material being used to wrap infants and to give the incontinent some sense of dignity. A good example is mention of the use of swaddling cloth in The Bible. The first disposable diapers were invented in the 1930's.
