Traditionally Hindus are vegetarian, although many Hindus eat meat now. The cow is considered a sacred animal so Hindus will not eat beef.

Hindus do not eat beef or pork, as they worship cows.
Many people eat fish, chicken, eggs and goat. Lamb is not eaten generally.
Rastafarians:
Plantain, fish (no bigger than 12cm long), vegetables, chicken, fruits, meat (No Pork).
