Why do a lot of people not live in mountain areas?

1.The temperature get's higher as you go up the mountain and it would be hard to adjust/you could die in very low temperatures

2.The soil is bad for growing food

3.The altitude gets lower as you get higher up the mountain and it will be difficult to breathe.

4.You are isolated from everywhere so is would be hard to make jobs and buy things to survive.

The land is to steep to build on and there can be dangerous animals in the mountains
