How do winds circulate?

Winds circulate due to the uneven heating of the Earth's surface by the sun, creating areas of high and low pressure. Warm air rises in regions of low pressure, while cooler, denser air moves in to replace it, creating wind. The Coriolis effect, caused by the Earth's rotation, influences the direction of these winds, causing them to curve rather than flow in straight lines.
