Prop 203 passed in Nov 2010 by 4k votes. On Dec. 14th 2010 Jan Brewer (Gov. of AZ) signed it to law giving the Health Department til April 16 2011 to make the rules. Sometime in April 2011 you should be able to get a Medical Marijuana card/permit/license/ID if you have a doctors recommendation.
