Chart of accounts department in a hotel?

I just want to explore what u did, you question my list of accounts---capital stock----our company is a corporation, u tell me that capital stock is only for signle proprietorship???? hala ka day where did u graduated??accountancy ka???? naniguwang naman ko gamit ani nga account kay corporation man ako g trabahoan........
