Why should religious believers not eat meat?

this is a wrong statement. Muslims and Jews eat meat except for pork and christians eat meat except for fridays. it is only hindus who do not eat meat.

It's right, Like in Islam non muslims eat meat from british companiues because the way they are cutted but i also think that religious believers don't eat meat because they think it would be a crulty to the animals and they are really probably senstive

There is no reason not to eat meat unless it harms you. God has permitted us to eat meat (Deuteronomy ch.12) and we shouldn't try to be "more humane" than that. Animals were created for us to use.
