Was anne Boleyn in prison

Before her trial Anne Boleyn was held in the Tower of London a royal palace but also a prison. She did NOT stay in a dungeon or nor was she abused in any physical way. She stayed in the Queen's rooms where she had slept before her coronation three years prior.
