Naruto is still going on. Right now the story is taking place after a time lapse of about 2.5 years and Naruto and his friends are all older- called Naruto Shippuden (or Part 2). You can catch new episode (JAPANESE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES) every Thursday on http://www.naruto.viz.com (or just naruto.com) As far as Part 1 goes, the last episode was episode 220 when Jiraiya and Naruto left the village to set off on their training.
