Is it illegal for someone 19 to date someone 13?

Well its illegal for the 21 year old and pretty silly for the 16 year old.

It's highly unlikely that a 21 year old will want a relationship with a person who has so little in common. The two of you can't even go out together, and whoever the 21 year old is, they are in for a whole ration of teasing and hassles from friends their own age. Well i donthink whoever wrote this is true because how do you know if they have little in common. I think it depends on if you really want to be together. It makes no scence for them to say it is illegal because its no ones buisness if a 16 or 21 year old is together, because if he/she loves each other they wont give a crap what everyone thinks. Back then a 14 year old chould marry a 40 year old so whats the difference now. So if you want to date someone who is supposably to old for you, i think you should do it. Well i do think if you are 16 and you want to be with someone who is 30 and over i do not think you should be with them because its kind of gross, but what ever flots your boat.
