whoever wrote that, that is basic and won't help anyone.
Basically to shred fat you need to keep your heart rate between 140-160 BPM (beats per minute) that is the optimal fat burning zone, the exersises you should do are running, cycling, swimming or anything that gets your heat rate raised will be suffice. One really good thing is as soon as you wake up go for a 20 minuite jog on an empty stomach because your body will have to burn fat to get energy. Another really importand thing is diet, I cannot help your diet because i don't know you or anything about you, every body is different and responds to different foods.
