Is the villisca axe murder house really haunted?

The Villisca axe murder house, located in Villisca, Iowa, is believed by many to be haunted. The murders happened on June 9th of 1912, two adults and six children were bludgeoned to death with an axe. The murders were never solved. The house is still standing, and has been turned into a sort of paranormal hotel where people can book overnight stays and/or tours.
