Will Benadryl allergy keep you awake a night?

I believe so. Ive always found that taking 2 doses of OTC sleep pills (100 mg dyphendydramine, aka benadryl) can keep me up at night. I wont be able to fall asleep and my mind races. However, it certainly would not make you alert during the day.
