What is the best for me Go to the gym often and train leg muscles or do a Vertical Jump program that lasts like 8-10 weeks?

It depends really... if you are training for volleyball or Basketball or other sports that involve alot of verticle jumping then go for the vertical jumping course but if you are just trying to build muscle on you legs go to the gym.
