Can a 16 Year old Work at ford as a salesman?

A smart student who graduates early from high school like at age 15 can possibly work as a Ford Salesman at age 16. Most 16 year olds though would more likely clean the Ford Automobiles rather than sell the Ford Au-To-Mo-Biles.
