Cooked turkey left in an unwarmed oven overnight is not safe to eat, as it can enter the "danger zone" (between 40°F and 140°F) where bacteria can proliferate. The USDA recommends that cooked food should not be left out at room temperature for more than two hours. If the turkey has been left in the oven for longer than that, it's best to discard it to avoid the risk of foodborne illness.
