1 L = 1000mL = 1000cm^3
litres are a measurement for the volume of any given liquid, and is a 3D measurement. cM is a measurement used for measuring the length of any given object, and therefore is a 1D measurement. Because they work in different dimensions, litres cannot be transferred into cM.
