Is Tom Riddle Voldemort's father

Tom's mother was Merope Gaunt who was a squib. Her father was Marvolo Gaunt, who was the namesake of Tom's middle name. They were decsendents of Salazar Slytherin and Merope was disowned for using a love potion to make a muggle, Tom Riddle fall in love with her. Right after she had Tom jr. she ran out of love potion and Tom sr. left her.
