How do you open a saved webpage in notpad?

Well, to my knowledge of making website, you need to know code. HTML,PHP,CSS.

Those are some things you should be familiar with in order to make a website. HTML is used for webpages, php(so far as I know) is for adding games to your site. CSS is a software to design your website. You could also use GIMP.

I am currently working on making a website using code like HTML, PHP, CSS, and some Java script. If you want to make a very proffesional website it will take a lot of code, whereas if you are making a small basic website it will be much easier. If you want to make a website using notepad you will have to learn some of the above mentioned languages to get anywhere. If you need help with learning the code part look up one of the languages mentioned earlier that you would like to learn (it should be pretty easy to find information on them). When you have learned them it should be easy to make it. Once you are finished save it as: filename.html and make sure that you save it for all files or else it might save as a text document. If you want to make any changes to your code later on just go back to the file open it with notepad make your changes and save. Your website won't be on the web, or published even though it is being opened using a web browser. It is just saved locally. If you look at the address in the address bar you will see that it shows the file location. If you would like to get it published research website publishers and choose one that you think is best for you.
