What are Hindu belief life after death and evidence for Reincarnation?

Hinduism believes in life after death and realizes that any person who has got strong unfulfilled wishes will reincarnate again. These chain of re-births will be stopped when the person's wishes are ful-filled. So, it teaches not to get attracted towards the earthly sins.
