Can you drive without inti lock?

Anti-lock? As in "Anti-Lock Brakes"?

Many cars don't come equipped with Anti-Lock Braking Systems.

If you car is supposed to have anti-lock brakes and they are not working properly, you should have them fixed. You should never drive around with faulty brakes.
