Do you mean, how many "dirty cops" are there in the NYPD? If so, then your question is really unanswerable. There is no accurate way to estimate the current number of corrupt officers, since (for obvious reasons) corrupt officers do everything they can to keep their corruption a secret.

Perhaps a better question would be, "How many NYPD officers have been found guilty of corruption?" The NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau may have some statistics available.
